In honor of the grand opening of the newest branch of Jem’s Beer Factory in Modiin, I headed out to Petach Tikvah to interview Jeremy Welfeld. As I sampled the different type of beer, Jeremy, discussed the new branch, his message for future olim, laundry, a new location for “Mommy and Me”, your Rosh Hashanah menu, and his love for surfing.
